Cooking for One or Two

 

Planning and preparing meals for one or two can be a challenge, particularly if we are used to cooking for a large family or have never cooked at all. Using Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating to help us plan our menu.  Look for recipes that serve one or two, and try cutting other recipes in half.  We can also check out your local library or bookstore for cookbooks that feature small portions.
